This frozen, at-sea–processed product is of exceptional quality and retains its freshness intact. It is ideal for the most demanding markets, as it is suitable for raw consumption (sashimi grade). It is packaged and marketed under the VERAZ brand and is typically harvested in two different areas at different times of the year:

Caught by wet-fresh fishing vessels, unloaded immediately upon arrival at port, and moved to our plants for processing. This guarantees the freshness and quality of the final product. Shrimp is packed and sold under the BONASUR and PESQUERA VERAZ brands, and is usually caught in two areas depending on the season:

This is the main species of the Argentine sea and also the most caught and commercialized. It is found off the coast from Cabo Frío, Brazil, to southern Argentina, at depths of 50 to 500 meters. It is a lean species, its meat is white, with a delicate texture and a slightly sweet flavor. It is caught with bottom trawl nets. This product is packed and commercialized under the CENTAURO AND PESQUERA VERAZ brands. The main export destinations are Russia, the US, and Europe.
